My illustrations exist at the intersection of modernist geometry and surrealist wit—a visual language I first developed during my college years 30 years ago and have revisited throughout a lifetime of creative evolution.
Working in muted, sophisticated palettes of teals, ochres, and earth tones, I create dreamlike narratives where faceless figures navigate worlds of mechanical paradox. This is where nature intertwines with technology, and mundane machinery reveals its quietly dystopian humor.
Each piece functions as both aesthetic object and cultural commentary. My work is simultaneously playful while being unsettling, inviting viewers to dive into an uncomfortably familiar world.
My creative journey has been as eclectic as the worlds I create. From lifelong creative to serial entrepreneur. I was the cofounder of PICKUP, a last-mile logistics innovator that reimagined delivery for the gig economy and grew to operate in 90 cities and serve half the country at its peak before getting acquired.
Today I am an executive creative director, illustrator and college professor shaping the next generation of creative minds—yet it's the digital canvas that has brought me full circle, back to where this visual vocabulary first took root and continues to evolve.
